Knockout rounds are being played in the run-up to a tennis club’s finals day.
Stamford Tennis Club holds its finals at the seven all-weather courts off Northfields Court, Conduit Road, on Sunday, September 20, from 10am to 3.30pm.
The day includes men’s and ladies’ singles and doubles matches, and the club’s first junior finals.

For spectators and supporters there are slow-cooked pork rolls from Sunny Side Farm served from 11am until 2pm, along with drinks. To order a roll and a drink for £7.50 email jenny_siddall@hotmail.com.
