I didn’t take art at school as I chose needlework.
Then, in my 30s, an art group started up in my village. I took along my father’s paints and found I loved painting.

However, it was only after I retired that I had time to learn more.
I use pen, watercolour, mixed media and sometimes oil.
I am particularly drawn to buildings, but I like to try everything – not that it’s always successful.
