Alongside the announcement, Miley will also make her return to the stage, announcing a two-night stand at the legendary Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Friday, 16 October and Sunday, 18 October.
In a post on Instagram, Miley said: “Music takes hold of us. We feel it, sing it, sometimes dance to it, let it out and carry on. It is powerful, vulnerable, sweet and strong. Heart full, heartache, every part of life in between. That’s what the title means to me.
“Thank you for being a part of making my wildest dreams come true. I sincerely hope you love this album.”
Following the passing of Miley’s godmother Dolly Parton last week, she will hope to continue and honour the profound influence Dolly had on others. The pair maintained an incredibly close personal and creative relationship, including both co-hosting NBC special, Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party.
