David Ozoh has signed for Derby County on a permanent transfer from Premier League side Crystal Palace.
The midfielder has penned a five-year contract at Pride Park Stadium, arriving for an undisclosed fee.
Ozoh will now take up permanent residence in DE24, having enjoyed loan spells with the Rams during the previous two campaigns.
The 21-year-old has made 47 appearances in black and white – including 35 during the 2025/26 campaign – where he established himself as a key component of John Eustace’s side.
A tenacious operator in the centre of the pitch, his winner against Norwich City last October kickstarted a five-game winning run as the Rams ascended up the Sky Bet Championship table.
After missing the end of 2025 with a thigh injury, his return helped the Rams surge toward the play-off places, featuring as an ever-present in the final 20 matches of the season.
Ozoh becomes Derby’s third signing of Deadline Day following the arrivals of Eiran Cashin and Mohammed Fuseini.
