They were installed in 2016 as part of the Music Heritage Trail.
A spokesperson for Wyre Forrest District said: “Installed in 2016 as part of the Music Heritage Trail, the sculptures celebrate Kidderminster’s rich musical heritage.”

“However, concerns about their condition and safety mean they now need to be removed.”
“Thank you for your understanding while this work takes place” added the spokesperson.
The seating sculptures will be removed tomorrow, Tuesday September 15.
