Nottingham Forest could sell Omari Hutchinson for €10 million more than first thought.
Hutchinson will spend this season on loan at AC Milan, with the deal including an option for the San Siro club to make the player’s move to Italy permanent next summer.
The buy option was reported to be worth €40m (£34m) when the winger departed the City Ground, but reports in Italy now claim it is close to €50m (£42.8m), which would represent a profit on the £37.5m they paid to sign him last year.
The loan deal is also said to have already earned Forest €3.5m, with a potential further €500,000 in bonuses.

Hutchinson said the opportunity to join AC Milan was one he could not resist, earlier this month.
“It’s crazy. It’s a dream. When a big club like AC Milan come knocking, I think it’s crazy to not come,” Hutchinson told Milan’s official website.
“Growing up, my dad always spoke about the big legends coming from this club. To see that I’m here now, it’s an amazing feeling.”
The 22-year-old is now playing under former Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim.
“I had a phone call with him,” Hutchinson said. “The first thing he said was, ‘You scored against me’.
“I just laughed on the phone and said sorry. He said, ‘No problem, now it’s time to do it with us’.
“He gave me a lot of positive feedback. He wants me in the team. I want to work for him and work for the badge. I can’t wait.”
