Wakefield Trinity have made a call on the fitness of prop pair Caleb Hamlin-Uele and Ky Rodwell ahead of tonight’s Super League play-off clash against Leigh Leopards.

Both men have been ruled in with Rodwell starting and Hamlin-Uele set to play his destructive role off the bench alongside fellow prop Caius Faatili.

Dream Team star Hamlin-Uele had confirmed earlier in the week that he had received ‘good news’ when seeing a specialist regarding his knee injury, and that’s now proven true.

As for Leigh, they’ve welcomed back instrumental forward Isaac Liu after he missed last week’s home loss to Wakefield because his wife went into labour.

Last week’s game saw Wakefield win 19-8 to lock in tonight’s home play-off tie, however, the Leopards were victorious at this stage of the season last year before falling short against Wigan Warriors in the semi-finals.
