Golf specialist Landmark Media of Stamford is now owned by the people who work there

Employees have taken over the ownership of a marketing agency in Stamford.

Landmark Media in Scotgate, which specialises in golf, is now owned by an employee ownership trust, placing the future of the business directly into the hands of its team.

The company was founded in 2003 by former Golf World journalist Gary Firkins and clients include Gleneagles in Scotland.

He said employee ownership “creates an even stronger sense of accountability, ambition and commitment, which directly elevates the results we deliver for our clients”.
