Barry Keoghan is ready to share his skin care journey.

The “Saltburn” actor recently underwent two rounds of Xerf, a non-surgical skin-tightening treatment, performed by Dermaspa founder and facialist Nilam Holmes; each session costs $3,300 (£2,500), per the clinic’s website.

“I mean, I’ve been hearing a lot about it, and Nilam is very excited about it, and she’s great at what she does. I really mean that, and again, every time I come in, it’s very relaxing and therapeutic,” Keoghan said in an Instagram video shared by Holmes, which documented one of his Xerf treatments.

“I feel better about myself, I look better. I think it’s important to look after yourself inside and outside.”

Powered by monopolar radiofrequency (RF), Xerf “reaches several layers beneath the skin in a single session, helping to lift, firm and reshape the jawline and lower face — comfortably, with no needles and zero downtime,” according to the Dermaspa site.

In her caption, Holmes wrote that she has been working with the 34-year-old for “a while now, looking after his skin through different movies, campaigns and projects.”

Added the skin and beauty expert, “The trust he places in me means a lot. His skin has really improved over the last few years and he looks great.”

Holmes’ followers seemed to agree; “I’m definitely getting this treatment when I win the lottery,” one wrote, while another added, “Love it when men embrace a glow-up too, he looks fabulous and skin so clear!”

“There’s a lot of hate online. It’s a lot of abuse of how I look,” Keoghan admitted in an interview earlier this year. / SplashNews.com

In March, the actor mentioned some of the criticism he’s received about his appearance.

“There’s a lot of hate online. It’s a lot of abuse of how I look,” he shared on “The Morning Mash Up.”

Keoghan added that while he’s largely retreated from social media, “If I attend an event, or if I go somewhere, [I] want to see how it was received, and it’s not nice … It’s made me shy away, it’s made me really go inside myself and not want to attend places, not want to go outside.”
