With less than two weeks until The Conjuring: Last Rites‘ release on September 5, we have two new clips from the film along with IMAX, 4DX, and ScreenX posters.
In the first clip, the Warrens recall the horrors of their first demon-hunting case. The second clip features a good, old-fashioned Conjuring scare.
From producer James Wan, the ninth installment of The Conjuring Universe is directed by Michael Chaves (The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It, The Nun II).
Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson reunite for one last case as paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, based on the real-life Smurl Family Haunting.
Mia Tomlinson, Ben Hardy, Steve Coulter, Rebecca Calder, Elliot Cowan, Kíla Lord Cassidy, Beau Gadsdon, John Brotherton, and Shannon Kook round out the cast.
The script is written by Ian Goldberg & Richard Naing (The Autopsy of Jane Doe, The Nun II) and David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick (The Conjuring 2, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It), based on a story by Johnson-McGoldrick and Wan.
The Conjuring: Last Rites is rated “R” for “bloody/violent content and terror.”
