So when I was contacted by Myrkl’s team to try their anti-hangover capsules, I thought I’d give it a go to see if I felt any different the next day.
Myrkl is an anti-hangover supplement that claims to break down up to 70% of alcohol within 60 minutes after consumption.
It is designed to be taken before drinking and contains a patented formula with high-performing bacteria, L-Cysteine, and Vitamin B12. By taking two pills before drinking, users may prevent common hangover symptoms such as headache, nausea, and fatigue.
Myrkl works by breaking down alcohol in the gut before it reaches the liver, allowing for a more enjoyable drinking experience.
We had a wonderful time at the festival ground and thoroughly enjoyed each act.
After eating a full meal and drinking a considerable amount of cider, we decided to take the capsules.
We eventually went home at around 11 pm after watching The Chats perform at one of the smaller stages, and after a few more glasses of wine, we went to sleep.
The next morning I woke up, and I wouldn’t say I felt completely refreshed, but I didn’t feel as bad as a possibly might have.
It definitely didn’t make me feel less tired the next day, and I definitely still had the same effects of wanting to lounge around, but headache-wise I felt fine!
With anti-hangover pills becoming more and more popular nowadays, I would say give it a go as it can’t do much harm.
