Managed by Dorset Mind, in collaboration with four other charities and the NHS, these Access Wellbeing spaces aim to provide aid without appointments to those aged 18 and over.
Centres are operational in Blandford, Gillingham, Sherborne and Sturminster Newton, with another set to open in Shaftesbury on Wednesday, September 3.

David Sutherland, senior access wellbeing coordinator for North Dorset, said: “We are delighted to be opening these new spaces within our communities here in North Dorset.
“They will provide accessible support to anyone aged 18 and over, offering a vital space to turn when you’re feeling worried or overwhelmed.”
People can visit the centres during opening hours and speak to the coordinators, who will provide advice and help access further support.
The centres are part of a wider initiative which includes 25 drop-in spaces across Dorset.
These aim to provide easy access to early help to prevent concerns from escalating.
