3She’s Our Littlest Family Member!

Sofia always seems tiny, but I’ve noticed that when I step outside with her, particularly on the ranch, she seems especially small! This was pre-ceremony on the wedding day!

Paige had an official flower girl—our friend Haley’s daughter, Cate—but Sofia got the honorary position. Four years ago, Mauricio was walking down this exact spot to marry Alex, and I think they both had tears in their eyes again.

This is beautiful Martha, Mauricio’s mom, who came to Paige’s wedding to both celebrate and to help take care of Sofia when the rest of us were busy toasting and dancing. She is like a sister to me and I just love her.

It was really special for Paige and David to get married in the same spot where Alex and Mauricio were married in May 2021. They’ll all get to share in how special it is, and it’ll be a place they can all go back to over the years.

This is Meg, my BFF Hyacinth’s daughter, who happens to be Alex’s lifelong BFF. Meg had her second baby very close to Paige’s wedding, and I was so glad they made it. Caroline and Sofia will be BFF’s now!
