One of the stars of The Fantastic Four: First Steps has shared quite a worrying tease of the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.
The Fantastic Four revival is releasing in just a few days, with Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn playing the team of superheroes.
The actors have all been confirmed for the next big Avengers team-up movie, with the already-released post-credits scene from Thunderbolts/The New Avengers showing the Four seemingly arriving in the main MCU timeline.
That means they have a pretty solid idea of what to expect in Doomsday, but obviously they can’t give too much away right now.
Ben Grimm/The Thing actor Moss-Bachrach gave a vague but still revealing answer when BBC News asked him to describe the 2026 film in four words.

“Epic. Tragic. Intergalactic. Starry,” he said, with the intriguing word obviously being “tragic”.
It certainly sounds like people are going to die in Doomsday, with the question being ‘who’? The last time Marvel did an Avengers two-parter, half the universe died at the end of the first part, although most of them were alive again soon enough.
Will Doomsday up the death count, or have fewer deaths but make them permanent? All fans can do for now is speculate.

Meanwhile, Quinn’s four words to describe Doomsday were “Epic. Mental. Downey Jr.”
Recently, an Instagram post by Chris Hemsworth had fans thinking that Thor is going to die in Doomsday. Could they be onto something?
The Fantastic Four: First Steps releases in just a few days in cinemas worldwide, while Avengers: Doomsday is set for December 2026.
