FIRST STAR: JUBA’S HAT TRICK. Rallied wide late to win a West Virginia-bred non-winners of three allowance in a 12-1 upset on Friday, upsetting odds-on choice Pascaline in the process.

SECOND STAR: IM THE DIRECTOR. Earned his fourth win of the year on Thursday with a sharp gate-to-wire win in a first-level sprint.

THIRD STAR: TOMORROW’S EDGE. Shook off the rust from a 20-month break with a 4 3/4-length triumph in a West Virginia-bred non-winners of two dash on Thursday.

DELAWARE PARK

FIRST STAR: HONOR CAT. Kicked away to impressively win a first-level dirt route on Saturday.

SECOND STAR: RUNAWAY JACK. Earned his first win of the season earlier on the Saturday card with a last-to-first win in a starter optional claiming sprint.

THIRD STAR: MILITIA. Made her own last-to-first rally to win a starter allowance by almost five lengths on Thursday.

LAUREL PARK

FIRST STAR: POST TIME. Got free money in the Polynesian Stakes and kept his perfect record at Laurel Park intact.

SECOND STAR: FOXY JUNIOR. Drew off to win Saturday’s Twixt Stakes as a prep for a Maryland Million Distaff title defense.

THIRD STAR: ALANI. Sat off the pace and got by late in an open allowance sprint for fillies and mares earlier on the Saturday program.

FIRST STAR: CUGINO. Won Monday’s Red Bank Stakes with a wide late move.

SECOND STAR: YES THIS TIME. Went gate-to-wire in the final of the Malouf Auto Group starter series on Monday, winning the 1 3/8-mile contest by two lengths.

THIRD STAR: DUMB MONEY. Set the pace and fought hard to win a Jersey-bred sprint on Sunday.
