Alison Steadman is set to come to Woodbridge Library on Saturday, November 22.

As well as starring as Pamela in the hit sitcom, Mrs Steadman is also known for her roles in Abigail’s Party and Pride and Prejudice.

At the evening talk, she will be discussing her extensive career and life, as well as her new memoir, Alison Steadman Out of Character.

Tickets to the event is being organised by independent book shop, Woodbridge Books, with tickets costing £10.

A drink will be included with the entry price, and books will be available for purchase on the night.

Alison Steadman will also be appearing at the Aldeburgh Comedy Weekend in October.

At the show, she will be presented with her first-ever Lunchtime Achievement Award for Services to Comedy.
