A first look at the new Strictly Come Dancing class of 2025 has been revealed.

Some 15 famous faces are dressed up and ready to hit the dancefloor as they prepare to compete for the glitterball trophy.

Hosted by Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly, the BBC show returns for its 23rd series with a new cast of celebrity hopefuls next weekend.

Now, the first photo of the new cast has been released, wth pink the colour of choice for most of the contestants.

First look at Strictly Come Dancing 2025 celeb contestants

Outfits of choice varied for the first photoshoot, with pink tassels prominent for Love Island winner Dani Dyer, ER actress Alex Kingston and model and actress Ellie Goldstein.

Former England footballer Karen Carney also opted for pink, while Olympian and Gladiator Harry Aikines-Aryeete wore bright pink trousers and a shirt that showed off his chest.

YouTuber and podcaster George Clarke wore tailored magenta trousers with a pale pink belt and a floral, pink-patterned, fitted T-shirt, with bright yellow the choice for reality TV star Vicky Pattison.

For the soap stars, EastEnders star Balvinder Sopal wore turquoise, Emmerdale actor Lewis Cope showed off his arms with an electric blue sheer sleeveless top and tailored trousers, and Neighbours stalwart Stefan Dennis wore a patterned suit.

Former footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink also opted for electric blue, with patterned suits the choices for broadcaster Ross King and former England rugby captain Chris Robshaw.

Every Strictly Come Dancing winner (2004-2024)

Drag Race UK finalist Le Voix was a vision in red, wearing a dress featuring a long flowing skirt with a slit up to the thigh and former Apprentice star and social media personality Thomas Skinner had a pale blue suit with sparkly details on the lapels.

Judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke will again score the pairs, with dances such as the tango, jive, salsa and quickstep performed.
