Huddersfield Giants play their final home game of the Super League season with Salford Red Devils the visitors, and the team news is in.

The Giants will farewell a club legend with Leroy Cudjoe set to play his final ever home game for Huddersfield with the 37-year-old confirmed to be retiring at the end of the season.

He will lead out a Giants’ side looking to give their home fans a win in what could be the last game they play at the Accu, formerly John Smith’s, Stadium with Huddersfield having confirmed plans that they’re seeking to build a new stadium. As such, they may play their games at Halifax’s The Shay in 2026 but that is yet to be officially confirmed.

As for Salford Red Devils, there are genuine fears that this could be their penultimate game in Super League with the club’s future up in the air given their financial situation. Head coach Paul Rowley spoke on Sky Sports on Friday night and emphasised the focus is still on taking it day by day, and he’s now selected his squad for his Round 26 Super League clash.
