The number of cycling clubs enjoying the county was set to climb in the coming weeks, as a result of the recent exposure, the county council said.
Riders from several local cycling clubs also chose to ride a section of the Warwickshire stage, before the route finished at the country park.
Kenilworth Wheelers Cycling Club, was one of many clubs which organised a ride to different points of the route during the race.
Adam Witchell, the club chairman, described the tour as a “fabulous way” of putting the county on the map as a cycling destination.
“We’re so lucky in Warwickshire to have such a great network of roads to ride on, whatever your level or experience, and the Tour of Britain celebrated that so well,” he added.
