Former Tenet advisers have started receiving invoices for loss calculations for defined benefit (DB) transfer advice that the now-collapsed network identified as being potentially unsuitable.

The ex-appointed representatives (ARs) have also started being billed £750 for past complaints made against them at the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), Citywire New Model Adviser understands.

Tenet went into administration last June and was declared in default by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) in March this year following an upheld claim.
