Field Of Gold will return to the scene of his barnstorming Royal Ascot victory next month with the star three-year-old on course to lead a formidable team for trainers John and Thady Gosden on Qipco British Champions Day.

The Gosdens are set to unleash Classic-winning Field Of Gold alongside their other headline-makers Ombudsman and Trawlerman at Ascot on October 18.

The trio claimed three of the royal meeting’s biggest prizes – the St James’s Palace Stakes, Prince of Wales’s Stakes and Gold Cup – as part of a Gosden-trained five-timer across Ascot’s five days.
