Tuesday’s (16 September) instalment began with the wedding guests filtering out from the church as Vinny tearfully recalled his story to an officer, who called him “brave” for telling his story.
Kammy, meanwhile, attempted to assuage Mandy’s fears as she began to panic over Vinny’s whereabouts. Despite his calm demeanour, Kammy was also worried as he left a frantic voicemail on his mate’s phone.
After Vinny was done with questioning, he hurried to the venue just as Gabby prepared to tell everybody to go home. Though the guests were relieved, Gabby expressed that she had been “humiliated”.

Vinny explained that he had bought her a gift, though he fabricated elements of the rest of the day as he left out his visit to the police station. With things seemingly back to normal, the duo finally tied the knot.
Though the newlyweds were beaming as they shared their first dance in private, the storyline looks set to continue given Vinny’s storyline with the villainous Mike is still unresolved…
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
