A man is in hospital after being stabbed at the Flamingo Land Resort in North Yorkshire. Police confirmed the victim, in his 30s, suffered injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

The incident happened close to the onsite store just after 1am today (September 18). Following the incident a 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

A 22-year-old woman, a 54-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man, all from the Teesside area, have also been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

They remain in custody for questioning.

A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said; “A 22-year-old man from Stockton-on-Tees has been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident at the Flamingo Land Resort, Kirby Misperton, near Pickering.

“It happened close to the onsite store just after 1am today (Thursday September 18 2025).

“The victim, a man aged in his 30s, suffered injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

“He was taken to hospital by ambulance where he is receiving treatment.

“A 22-year-old woman, a 54-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man, all from the Teesside area, have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.”
