Yesterday, there was a lot of chatter on social media about how Xbox Store links had been discovered for various PS5 games including Horizon: Zero Dawn, Ghost of Tsushima and The Last of Us Part 2, with some suggesting that Xbox ports for these titles might be in the works.
The links were being found on Google, and here’s an example of the Horizon: Zero Dawn one:
😵💫 Horizon Zero Dawn on Xbox?
WTF? It turns out there really is an Xbox page listing!
But, it redirects to the German version of the Xbox website. So it’s not “fully” live yet. 🤔

So basically, if you typed “Horizon: Zero Dawn” (or any of the other aforementioned PS5 games) with “Xbox” in the search bar, you’d come across an Xbox Store link to the German version of the store. Then, when you clicked it, you’d be presented with an error page on the Xbox Store itself.
is this indicative of anything? Almost certainly not. In fact, lots of people have been pointing out that these links have existed for ages, and their visibility appears to be the result of indexing errors from Google.

Let’s just put this to bed, shall we?! None of these links mean anything as far as we’re concerned, and although rumours do exist that more PS5 games will be coming to Xbox in the future, we’d suggest not reading anything into the Xbox links that are showing up on Google right now.
The good news is that Helldivers 2 seems to have been a success on Xbox – so hopefully it won’t be long before the next PlayStation first-party game crosses over to Xbox consoles!
