Many Celtic supporters are huge fans of EA Sports’ FC 26 game.

The video games giant’s realistic graphics and life-like features make the FC range hugely popular with Celtic supporters and fans of other clubs around the globe.

The FC range, as many people will be aware of, used to be released under the FIFA brand and Celtic have always featured heavily in the game.

And now, with the release of FC 26, Luke McCowan revealed his Celtic teammate’s EA rating card and Kelechi Iheanacho wasn’t best pleased with his.

One of the biggest talking points was how EA Sports rated the pace of some of the fastest players at Celtic and it’s clear who the gaming giant believes is the quickest out of the Hoops duo.

Shin Yamada: 77Johnny Kenny: 82Hyunjun Yang: 82Sebastian Tounekti: 78Daizen Maeda: 92Michel-Ange Balikwisha: 82

Other surprising pace stats were Auston Trusty (78), Anthony Ralston (76), Kieran Tierney (76) and Liam Scales (68).

How EA Sports left Kelechi Iheanacho unhappy with his Celtic card

Celtic new Bhoy Kelechi Iheanacho was unhappy at his overall rating of 72 as he struggled to comment after the big reveal.

Iheanacho looked stunned as he struggled to react to his card and said, “I, I, yeah, fair enough, I’ll take that.

“Dribbling is 72. Physical? I am better than that. Shooting? Yes.”

McCowan: “Are you happy with 73?”

Iheanacho: “I’m not quite happy. But yeah, I’ll take that.”

Iheanacho’s overall card read:

Rating: 72Pace: 70Shooting: 73Passing: 68Dribbling: 72Defence: 38Physical: 71

To be fair, Iheanacho is just kick-starting his career after almost two years struggling to get first-team football so the rating he got was pretty accurate.

One thing is certain, if the striker continues his recent form it won’t be too long before EA Sports will be dishing out a gold card to the Celtic striker.
