Grand Theft Auto 6 is due for release on 26th May, 2026, and it’s quite comfortably the most hotly anticipated game of next year — probably of the PS5’s whole lifespan, even.

The fervour for new information, trailers, gameplay — basically anything — is off the charts, with hungry fans begging Rockstar at all opportunities for another scrap.

Well, as you might expect, someone took it too far.

TikTok user backonboulevard has been getting attention after he flew from the United States all the way to Edinburgh, Scotland, desperate to get some answers about GTA 6 from staff at Rockstar North.

“I flew all the way over here because I am sick and tired of waiting for the answers,” he says in the above video.

What it amounts to is backonboulevard staking out the studio, waiting for employees to leave for the day, then pestering them with questions like “Is there another delay?” and “When’s the next trailer?”

The people in the clips do their best to ignore him and simply walk away, but backonboulevard shouts the same questions after them.

Understandably, the video is being heavily criticised online, with other GTA 6 followers describing it as “disgusting”, “awful”, and “disrespectful”.

We’ve no doubt that Rockstar has a plan in place for how it’ll release new information about GTA 6 as the game slowly draws closer. It can be frustrating having to wait, but fortunately, most people are able to simply exercise patience.
