Nicole Kidman‘s first social media post since filing for divorce from Keith Urban after 19 years of marriage prompted fans to flood her with praise and support.
On Tuesday, Oct. 7, the Moulin Rouge! actress took to Instagram with an upbeat post about attending Chanel’s Paris Fashion Week show on Monday, Oct. 6, with her two daughters, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, 17, and Faith Margaret Kidman Urban, 14.
“Thank you @chanelofficial for having me and my girls ❤️,” Kidman captioned her update. “So excited to be a part of it with you @matthieu_blazy,” she added, tagging Chanel’s artistic director, Matthieu Blazy.
For the Fashion Week event, Kidman debuted revenge hair as she donned a white button-down blouse and jeans, at times also sporting a brown leather jacket. She finished the chic look with a pair of black heels while carrying a brown leather clutch.
In the carousel of pictures, Kidman included snaps alongside French singer and model Vanessa Paradis and Australian film director Baz Luhrmann.
Kidman’s followers flooded her comments with praise and well-wishes in the wake of her split with Urban.
One Instagram user declared, “Love your fresh look Nicole! You deserve the best from a partner. Keith really messed up. Anyone would be lucky to have such a devoted wife and caring person in their life. You are a goddess! Rock it!! ❤️😘😍🔥
Another fan declared, “Single looks good on you mama,” as a different follower pointed out, “First she serve[d] the divorce paper and then she served face.”
Someone else wrote, “Keith who? You are amazing! 🩵,” as a second echoed, “We love you. stay strong baby.”
A different Instagram user commented, “Looking stunning. Stay strong. We’re with you!”
Yet another fan insisted, “Beautiful lady. Keith isn’t worth your time xxx.,” while someone else exclaimed, “Yaaas babe!! Upwards and onwards! Glow the F–K up to the N th Degree!! Next!!!!”
Meanwhile, many others lauded Kidman as a “timeless beauty,” calling her “ageless,” “radiant” and more.

On Sept. 29, TMZ reported that Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, quietly split months earlier. The actress Kidman has been “holding the family together through this difficult time since Keith has been gone,” a source told the outlet.
“Keith has acquired his own residence in Nashville and has moved out of their family home,” the unnamed source added.
An insider also told People. “She didn’t want this. She has been fighting to save the marriage.”
On Oct. 1, Kidman made her first public appearance since news of the split during a hike with her sister, Antonia Kidman, in Nashville, Tenn. Urban, meanwhile, was spotted without his wedding ring on Oct. 2 in Hershey, Pa., during his first public appearance after the breakup news. He later performed a concert at the Giant Center for his High and Alive World Tour.
Kidman filed for divorce on Sept. 30, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason.
Previously, the Bewitched star was married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001. They share two adopted children, Bella, 32, and Connor, 30.
