Paris Fury has revealed her husband has been struggling following the sudden death of Ricky Hatton aged 46 earlier this month.
Paris, who has been married to Tyson Fury since 2008, says her boxer husband has “had a low few days” since The Hitman tragically died.
While the Mancunian boxing legends have never faced each other in the ring, Tyson and Ricky share close ties, with Tyson previously training at Ricky’s gym and Ricky joining Tyson’s corner team in his 2018 fight against Deontay Wilder.
In an exclusive interview with OK! Magazine and The Mirror, the mum-of-seven said the news of Ricky’s death “hit him really hard.”
Paris said: “He was a friend of Ricky and could really relate to him – seeing similarities in their journeys as retired boxers who have faced challenges with life after the ring.”

Opening up about the bond between the two men, she added: “The boxing community is close in general. Tyson actually knew Ricky; they’d done training together, and Ricky let him use his gym when Tyson made his comeback.
“They weren’t best friends on the phone all the time, but they knew each other, and in boxing, it’s a close-knit world.”
Tyson was among the many famous faces who attended Ricky’s funeral at Manchester Cathedral on Friday (October 10), alongside Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, former girlfriend and Corrie star Claire Sweeney, and footballer Wayne Rooney and his wife Coleen.
Despite the recent heartache, Paris explains how her husband had been “doing really well and keeping himself fit and healthy.”

And it’s been an exciting time for the Fury clan. In August, Paris and Tyson renewed their vows in a stunning ceremony in the South of France. Sharing snaps from the special occasion, Paris wrote in the caption: “So we got married 2008 in England, again in 2013 in NYC and 2025 in South of France all to my best friend @tysonfury Loved doing it with all my kids this time.”
The celebrations are continuing for the family as the couple’s eldest daughter Venezuela recently got engaged during her 16th birthday party celebrations.
Proud mum Paris shared the news as she posted a video of the special moment on Instagram and announced in the caption: “Congratulations to @venezuelafuryofficial and @7noahprice on getting engaged.
“Both only young but when you know you know! Still in shock but very happy for you both. Me and your Dad couldn’t be prouder xxx @tysonfury”
Given her hectic pace of life, 35-year-old Paris credits her skin’s ‘glow’ to her self-care ritual, specifically Eternal Collagen.
