
Max Dowman scored his first goal for England U19s in a 7-0 victory in a friendly against Wales today.
Dowman started the game, which was played in Spain, and found the net in the 55th minute.
Arsenal defender Brayden Clarke started for Wales.
The hugely talented Dowman was making his fifth appearance for England U19s and completed 67 minutes.
Goalkeeper Khari Ranson played the second half for England.
Dowman is now the youngest ever goalscorer for England U19s, surpassing Ryan Sessegnon’s record set in 2016. Dowman is also the first 15 year old to score for England U19s.
Meanwhile, Demiane Agustien scored his first goal for Netherlands U19s in a 3-2 defeat against France.
