The six singers through to the semi-final of Ranina 2025 have been chosen.
After four rounds of performances, the singers who are one step closer to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest have been chosen. In each round, the ten singers could score up to 120 points per performance. The judges award up to 10 points for each criterion: voice, performance, art and collaboration.
The results after round four are:
Lazare Kapanadze – 480 points (120+120+120+120)
Anita Abgariani – 479 points (120+120+119+120)
Sandro Abesadze – 479 points (120+120+119+120)
Gabriel Bodaveli – 478 points (120+118+120_120)
Lile Mchedlishvili – 476 points (120+117+120+119)
Mariam Muzashvili – 476 points (120+116+120+120)
Demetri Maisuradze – 475 points (120+117+120+118)
Barbara Sandikidze – 475 points (120+120+118+117)
Sesili Lemonjava – 474 points (120+118+118+118)
Nia Lashkhia – 473 points (120+116+120+117)
According to the rules of the competition, originally only five singers were due to qualify for the semi-final. However, due to the tie between Mariam and Lile, six singers will compete in the next show.
In the semi-final, the top three singers will qualify for the final. The winner will represent Georgia on home ground at Junior Eurovision 2025 in Tbilisi.
Andria Putkaradze won the Junior Eurovision 2024 with “To My Mom”. He scored 239 and received 12 points from 12 national juries. Andria’s victory in Madrid makes Georgia the most successful country in the history of the competition. Georgia made its debut in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 and has now won four times.

Georgia has won the contest on four occasions, making it the most successful country in the history of the contest. Georgia debuted in Junior Eurovision in 2007 with Mariam Romelashvili and her song “Odelia Ranuni”, where she placed 4th with 116 points. Their first win was just a year later in 2008, with the trio Bzikebi and their song “Bzz”. Their second win was in 2011 with the group Candy and their song “Candy Music”. Georgia’s third victory came in 2016, when Mariam Mamadashvili performed her song “Mzeo”. Most recently, Andria Putkaradze won in 2024 with “To My Mom”.
