He said, “At Gitex Global 2025, Core42 has demonstrated the progress we’re making in advancing sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure across the UAE and beyond. This year, we took centre stage within the G42 District in AI Hall 6, highlighted our role as the digital infrastructure arm of the G42 ecosystem.
He added, “G42’s Intelligence Grid vision is redefining how nations can build AI-native societies by connecting infrastructure, intelligence, and innovation within one cohesive framework. Together with our sister companies, we’re bringing this vision to life, showcasing how our technologies translate into tangible outcomes that strengthen the UAE’s AI leadership and set new benchmarks for secure, globally competitive digital infrastructure.”
About the Core42 technologies on display at this year Gitex, AlHashm said, “A major highlight of our showcase was our AI Cloud, a high-performance, scalable, and sovereign platform that brings every leading accelerator together under one roof and provides a unified solution for all training, fine-tuning, and inference needs. We have already announced the introduction of self-service capabilities within our AI Cloud that allow users to access NVIDIA accelerated compute resources within minutes, bringing unprecedented speed, flexibility and accessibility to large-scale AI development.” “We will continue to announce new partnerships designed to extend the UAE’s technological leadership globally, as we simultaneously demonstrate key offerings such as our Sovereign Public Cloud, our Signature Private Cloud – which is currently in Customer Preview, and our Compass generative AI platform.”
Explaining the company’s future plans, he revealed, “Every product and partnership we unveiled at Gitex reflects our broader 2026 ambition to expand the reach of our sovereign cloud and AI capabilities across critical sectors, deepen collaboration with regulators, and accelerate the development of AI-native services that drive measurable national and economic impact. Through this strategy, Core42 continues to engineer the invisible foundations of AI that empower the UAE to lead globally in digital innovation, trusted data ecosystems, and sovereign AI infrastructure.”
AlHashm said that public sector organizations and highly regulated industries in the UAE leveraging Core42’s solutions to modernize operations and enhance innovation.
“The UAE has built one of the world’s most forward-looking digital ecosystems. Strong government strategies, sustained investment, and clear regulation have accelerated the adoption of AI and cloud technologies across every major sector. The financial services industry is at the forefront of this shift, using AI for robo-advisory, credit risk modeling, and digital banking experiences. Healthcare is another key area of focus, with organizations applying AI in genomics, diagnostics, and cancer screening to improve efficiency, accuracy, and access to care. Cloud computing trends mirror this momentum, with widespread adoption of hybrid and multi-cloud environments supporting AI workloads, data sovereignty, and digital transformation at scale across both public and private sectors.”
“At Core42, we are providing the secure foundation that enables this progress. Our sovereign-enabled infrastructure ensures that organizations can use the most advanced cloud and AI technologies while keeping their data and operations fully protected within national frameworks. By combining performance, security, and compliance, we make it possible for both public and private entities to innovate confidently and at scale.
This approach is already gaining strong traction. More than 50 organizations, including the Department of Government Enablement–Abu Dhabi (DGE), the UAE Accountability Authority, and First Abu Dhabi Bank, now rely on Core42 to support their most critical workloads. Together with the AI Cloud, the forthcoming Signature Private Cloud, and the Compass generative AI platform, our technologies are helping build the trusted digital foundation that powers the UAE’s next phase of national growth.”
About Core42’s engagement with governments in the region, AlHashm concluded, “Our long-term vision is to help governments across the region build the digital and AI foundations that enable sustainable national progress. Every country is seeking to strengthen its technological independence while accelerating innovation, and Core42 is uniquely positioned to support that balance through our sovereign-by-design cloud and AI infrastructure.
