1. Bear’s dark storyline begins

In a standalone episode, the reality of Bear’s life since leaving the village becomes apparent.
His slow descent into difficult times is followed by a shocking revelation about how his life has become entangled in a situation out of his control.
2. Robert opens up about prison

In another special episode, Robert receives some news which triggers memories of his traumatic time in prison.
Supported by his loved ones, Aaron and Victoria, Robert relives some of the dark times he faced inside.
3. Mack makes a drunken confession
ITV
Charity continues to worry as she witnesses her secret baby daddy Ross and her husband Mackenzie becoming close friends.
Matters soon get worse, when Mack drunkenly admits that he and Ross have started to tell each other everything. Is her secret in danger of being exposed?
4. Mandy supports Paddy
ITV
Increasingly worried about the lack of communication from his dad, Paddy makes a statement to the police about Bear’s disappearance.
PC Swirling assures Paddy that Bear is not in any immediate danger, but this leaves the family frustrated.
Vowing to support her husband, Mandy steps up.
5. Eve spots Bear
ITV
Matty takes the kids out and they play a game of bear hunt. But when Eve looks across the field, she soon gets excited and shouts that she’s seen her grandad Bear.
As Paddy loses hope, believing his dad chose to disappear deliberately, Matty apologises for confusing the kids with the bear hunt game. But has Eve really seen Bear after all?
