The Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria conducted a resource verification visit to the Department of Nursing Science, Iconic University, to assess the human and material resources available for the educating and training of nurses for its bachelor’s degree.
The panel thoroughly reviewed the provisions made and expressed satisfaction with the university’s level of investment in the Open and Distance Learning system.
It pledged to encourage such efforts by ensuring that all standards are met so that the programme and its trainees receive the quality training, skills, and recognition they deserve.

The Bachelor of Nursing Science is one of the degree programmes offered by the university, as approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC) of Nigeria.
