Mike Tindall gave a blunt response when asked about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in a brand-new interview. James Haskell, who is Mike’s co-host on the The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast, disclosed that he frequently teases Mike about the disgraced royal.

Andrew recently lost his titles, including his princely title, and honours amid backlash to their respective links with the late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew is also set to leave Royal Lodge very soon due to the scandal, which is where he has lived since 2003.

During a recent interview, with The Times, former rubgy star Mike simply posed a response of “no comment” after being asked about Andrew.

James, who was previously married to Chloe Madeley, previously revealed that he enjoys “bombarding” Mike about Andrew during their live tour performances.

The pair’s new joint podcast book also reveals that James’ penchant for deliberately making Mike feel uncomfortable.

Mike, 47, said: “He’ll pick up on something that I say. And then, if you look at the cesspool of Instagram, I get dragged into it.”

Throughout the controversy, the former rugby professional and Zara Tindall, who is Andrew’s niece, have stayed close to Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

Speaking of Mike, Beatrice, 37, previously referred to him as “the greatest” following his exit from ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here in 2022.

Zara was also pictured with her cousins at Cheltenham races in March 2024.

Eugenie, 35, and Zara, 44, coordinated matching burgundy ensembles at the event, earning descriptions as “style twins”.
