A spokesperson said that services were transferred to other nearby locations.
People planning on travelling are being urged to check ahead using the Bee Network website.
A TfGM spokesperson said: “As a result of Storm Claudia, part of the roof at Oldham West bus station has been damaged this evening (Friday).
“A small number of bus services that usually operate from Oldham West bus station are instead operating from Cheapside bus station and Rochdale Road, with no other impact to these services.
“We’re urging everyone across Greater Manchester to go to the Bee Network website or app and check before they travel on Saturday morning, in case their journey has been impacted by the storm.”
