Asha Bitita, 33, will face a hearing with the Nursing and Midwifery Council next month, scheduled for December 15 to December 19.
The allegations against the nurse are not known at this stage.
Ms Bitita was the director of nurse staffing company Sunny Haven Health Ltd which was based in St Clements, Oxford.
Incorporated in 2021, the company was dissolved last month and struck off the register.
The nursing agency description said it specialised in supplying healthcare professionals to a wide range of clients like hospitals, care homes, at-home care services and private clients.
Asha Bitita co-owned the company with Edith Kyewalyanga, a 25-year-old nursing assistant.
Her misconduct hearing will be heard online by a panel of representatives for the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the outcome published at a later date.
