Over the period under review, the exports reached the maximum at 1.7K cubic meters in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2024, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, wooden particle board exports contracted significantly to $111K in 2024. In general, exports, however, recorded a deep downturn. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2022 when exports increased by 2,729%. The exports peaked at $585K in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2024, the exports failed to regain momentum.

Poland (122 cubic meters) was the main destination for wooden particle board exports from the UK, with a 51% share of total exports. Moreover, wooden particle board exports to Poland exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, the Netherlands (46 cubic meters), threefold. China (21 cubic meters) ranked third in terms of total exports with an 8.8% share.
