Hull FC have launched their 2026 home shirt, with the black and white number made in tribute to the club’s 2016 Challenge Cup victory at Wembley Stadium.

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of that historic win, Hull will adorn a ‘V’ design once again, just as they did when Lee Radford’s side ended their hoodoo in North London with a 12-10 triumph over Warrington Wolves. Once again a predominantly white shirt, the design features a black V down the front, with the shirt accompanied by black shorts and white socks.

Ensuring the past remains immortalised, the likes of club legends Danny Houghton, Jamie Shaul, Scott Taylor, and Kirk Yeaman were all part of the 2016 side, with Shaul scoring the winning try and Houghton clinching the cup with his famous ‘Tackle 52’ on Warrington forward Ben Currie. Both players pulled on the new shirt as part of the launch.

That nostalgic feel will be felt by John Cartwright’s side in 2026, with Castore producing the kit once again. Meanwhile, new principal sponsor Sports Events Services features for the first time.

The home shirt is also launched in tandem with a training range, as was the case with the first of two alternate shirts last Friday.

The shirt is priced at £52.99 for adults and £39.99 for kids and toddlers and is available in various sizes, including ladies’ fit. It is on sale online now and in store from 9am Wednesday.

There will also be a signing session in the St Stephen’s retail store on Saturday featuring new recruits Harvie Hill, Joe Batchelor, James Bell, and Sam Lisone. The event begins at 1pm.
