Fans have been given a first look at Jacob Elordi as Frankenstein’s Monster in the Guillermo del Toro adaptation. Surprise, surprise, the internet is still thirsting over the actor.
Earlier this year, Netflix confirmed that the Euphoria star would be joining forces with Moon Knight’s Oscar Isaac in del Toro’s Frankenstein, based on Mary Shelley’s horror novel, Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus.
As the 1 June trailer notes, “only monsters play God,” while Victor Frankenstein (Isaac) says, “In seeking life, I created death.”
Now, a series of new images shows the internet’s “babygirl” transforming into the Creature, but fans are still as h*rny as ever and have commented unhinged filth beneath the photos.
Appearing to be covered by a black cloak, On Swift Horses’ Elordi steps into the role previously intended for Andrew Garfield (who exited of the film due to scheduling conflicts, as per Vanity Fair).
In the images, Elordi’s shifty eyes peek out from under the robe, which also reveals a glimpse of his green skin, marked with scars. “I still would,” one fan hilariously responded to a Pop Crave post of one image.
“NEED HIM,” said a second, while a third quipped: “Until I feel the beast inside.”

“He can top me,” another wrote.
Speaking to the outlet, Elordi explained his process of becoming the Creature in del Toro’s Frankenstein. “Because I came in so late, everything happened on top of each other at the same time. I was shooting as I was seeing, as I was understanding.”
He admitted that he transformed his apartment “into this shrine to all things that I felt pertained to the creature”, including Bernie Wrightson’s illustrations of the 1983 version of Frankenstein.

“Bernie’s pictures were all over the walls. Maybe when you’re asleep, or just by walking around it all, you end up soaking it in.”
Netflix’s Frankenstein is set to premiere at the Venice Film Festival in September before it is launched on the platform in November.
