Making his NRL debut in 2011, Taylor came through at the New Zealand Warriors, and made 67 appearances. Moves to Penrith and Wests Tigers came after, and before leaving to play in the UK ahead of 2021, he had racked up 186 NRL appearances.
At international level, he is an 11-time Kiwi, and played for his nation at the 2013 and 2017 World Cup. He moved to Salford five seasons ago, and played under Ian Watson in his first campaign, before Paul Rowley took the hot seat in 2022.
After a year at Featherstone, he moved to the Roughyeds ahead of 2024, making him one of the biggest names to play in the third year that campaign.
