Jeremy Clarkson has lost three stone since January and has opened up about his weight loss journey

Jeremy Clarkson has spoken candidly about his dramatic weight loss transformation, revealing he’s dropped three stone since January thanks to injections that have significantly boosted his energy levels.
The television presenter has confessed that he now walks considerably more, enjoys better sleep, and feels completely “energised” following the treatment and having stents fitted.
During a recent chat promoting his upcoming quiz show Millionaire Hot Seat, Jeremy told ITV that whilst he still indulges in a curry, he’s cut out snacking, which he admits used to “fill you up” without you even noticing.
When quizzed about his impressive weight loss, he simply replied: “Three stone since January.”
Jeremy explained that he feels markedly healthier and more vigorous as a consequence of the transformation. “Yes I walk further, I have got more energy and now I’ve got my stents in, I’m energised,” he revealed.

The 65 year old host has no intention of taking things easy, insisting that without work, he would simply “rot”. The Grand Tour favourite made these remarks as ITV announced he’ll be hosting Millionaire Hot Seat, a rapid-fire variant of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? debuting in January 2026., reports Gloucestershire Live.
The show is described as a “tactical twist” on the traditional format, featuring six contestants vying for the top spot in a rotating chair line-up.
Only the participant in the “hot seat” can tackle questions, though they can choose to pass, which relegates them to the rear of the queue. An incorrect response means elimination and reduces the potential prize pot.
“It’s a very expensive game of musical chairs,” Jeremy quipped. “You can be the most brilliant player and go home with nothing or you can be useless, and go home with the prize.”
He elaborated that the show reveals surprising behaviour as contestants decide whether to help each other or sabotage rivals for personal gain. “I love watching how human nature works and if they land their fellow contestants in the soup or not!”.

The host revealed that the series has already produced emotional moments. He shared that one victorious contestant bagged £100,000 while others who aided her walked away empty-handed, yet still celebrated her victory.
“They both were entitled to feel aggrieved, but they didn’t,” he noted. The Millionaire brand continues to be a huge ratings success, pulling in over 18 million viewers on ITV this year alone.
This isn’t the first time Jeremy has opened up about his weight-loss journey and its impact on his life. After undergoing emergency heart surgery in late 2024, he was motivated to make significant lifestyle changes for his health.
His initial attempt at losing weight with Ozempic was unsuccessful, leading to severe sickness and even weight gain, making him feel like a “bulimic Henry VIII”. He found success with Mounjaro, an “extraordinary game changer” that helped him shed roughly two stone by curbing his appetite.
This method was paired with dietary changes, eliminating processed foods like bacon and chocolate, and starting low-impact Reformer Pilates.
