This Morning host Cat Deeley stunned onlookers as she stripped down to a white bikini and sunned herself on the beach in Miami. The newly single star, who split with her husband of 12 years in July 2025, spent the last few days relaxing on the beach with celebrity hairstylist Ben Skervin.
The mum-of-two didn’t seem to have a care in the world as she took a dip in the ocean under the beaming Floridian sun. Another snap showed her enjoying an icy drink as she sunbathed next to her mate Ben, reading The Land of Sweet Forever by American author Harper Lee.

Cat’s pal Ben also shared an Instagram Stories post showing Cat getting stuck into her lines for This Morning on Monday, as she read through her notes on the plane. It comes after Cat, 49, who shares her sons Milo and James with ex Patrick Kielty, shared a post celebrating her “fun” year, following her first Christmas as a divorcee.
Sharing the year’s highlights, Cat confessed that despite her split from husband Patrick Kielty, she’s had ‘a lot of fun’. Cat kicked off the New Year with a post sharing some of her favourite moments of 2025, some of which included a few other famous faces.

Cat and Patrick, 54, announced the end of their 12-year marriage in a joint statement, but vowed to “continue to be united as loving parents” to their two sons. Rumours about a potential split started when Cat failed to attend Patricks’ mother ‘s funeral, which was held in Northern Ireland in March.
But as she entered 2026 as a newly-single woman, Cat was seemingly grateful for some the better moments she has experienced over the last 12 months. Her video showed her enjoying girly nights out, summer bike rides, and time working on set with her This Morning co-host Ben Shephard.

At one point, Cat and Ben could be seen testing out red light therapy masks, while another moment saw them giggling with McFly stars Harry Judd and Danny Jones, who won I’m A Celebrity in 2024.
In another scene, she was enjoying a glass of rosé with her mum Janet while on holiday, enjoying the warmer climes in a frilly black swimsuit. She could also be seen celebrating her son James’ 7th birthday with a Minecraft craft cake, while taking the lads to a petting farm to see some piglets.
As well as her children, she shared some experiences with her This Morning family, including Alison Hammond, on stage at the NTAs last summer and another of her with Modern Family star Jesse Tyler. She captioned the post: “A lot of fun, a big bunch of friends and a whole lot more to come in 2026! #happynewyears”.
Patrick and Cat lived together in the US, before making the decision in 2020 to move back to the UK. Speaking to the Sunday Times in 2024, Cat recalled them relocating after an incident saw Patrick and one of their kids ordered to take cover at a shopping mall.
The outlet reported that there rumours of a shooter in the area but it turned out to be over a suspect package. Cat said in the interview that she found the experience to be “really scary”.
She said: “Our boys they’ve got grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins that they adore, and they adore them right back. For us, it was like, it’s such a special moment in time and you don’t get those times back again. So we had always thought we would bring them back here so they could know everybody in the family and friends.”
They split in 2024, with their joint statement reading: “We have taken the decision to end our marriage and are now separated. There is no other party involved.
“We will continue to be united as loving parents to our children and would therefore kindly ask for our family privacy to be respected. There will be no further comment.”
