Love Island: All Stars has finally confirmed an official launch date and there isn’t long to wait. A third series of Love Island: All Stars was due to air on ITV2 at 9pm on Monday, January 12. But ITV announced the reality show had to be delayed for safety reasons.
The dating programme is a spin-off of the original show. Hosted by Maya Jama, the show follows the same format with a twist. A batch of former faces return to the villa in a bid to find their match and win the prize pot.
The 2026 series has been delayed due to ongoing wildfires near the South African villa. The villa had to be evacuated due to safety reasons last weekend.
After the first episode was delayed, fans have been patiently waiting an official launch date. ITV has now confirmed Love Island: All Stars launches tomorrow night (Thursday, January 5) at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
For the first time ever, there’ll be an extra full episode on Saturday night at 9pm to make up for the missing episodes.
A post on Instagram confirmed the news with a video of host Maya Jama. It said: “Maya’s got her rollers in, so that only means one thing: All Stars is back on, baby! Watch the launch at 9pm on Thursday.”

Maya Jama said: “I’ve got some exciting news. I can officially announce exclusively that we are back up and running.
“I’m in glam and I’m going to go to the Villa and start filming in a minute. You can watch us on ITV2 tomorrow night at 9pm.”
A statement posted over the weekend explained the reason why the show had to be postponed.
It said: “Further to a production evacuation owing to ongoing wildfires in the area, our assessment of the location site has concluded that filming will need to be postponed.
“Health and safety is our greatest priority and will always come first, and therefore the transmission of Love Island: All Stars will be delayed until a date to be confirmed.”
The new series stars a number of former contestants including Whitney Adebayo from series 10, Millie Court from series seven and Leanne Amaning from series six.
Other familiar faces include Jack Keating (series eight), Ciaran Davies (series 11), Tommy Bradley (series 12), Sean Stone (series 11), Charlie Frederick (series four), Shaq Muhammad (Series nine), Belle Hassan (series five), Helena Ford (series 12) and Jess Harding (series 10).
From Whitney Adebayo’s hilarious personality to Ronan Keating’s son Jack coming back for another chance to find love, series three of the iconic show will be one to watch.
Speaking about returning to the show, Whitney told ITV: “A new start and what better place than home? Back to the Villa! Last year was something… so a fresh start in the place that started it all for new memories and experiences.”
Millie Court, who previously found love with Liam Reardon in the Villa is returning for another shot after the couple announced their break-up last year.
Millie told ITV: “I’ll be a bit more cheeky, a funnier Millie than before. I think I was slightly shy last time.
“They can expect to see more of me being a girls’ girl. I’m the one that always supports someone when they’re upset. It’s always nice to see friendships form, not always love relationships. Not saying I’m going in there for friendship, but that’s always quite nice.”
