It was like when he was having me thrown out of Ibrox for whatever reason back in the day

The great man was back in town on Thursday night.
When it comes to iconic Scottish players who have excelled at British, European and world level, Graeme Souness is right up there.
Souey was a guest at the St. Andrews Sporting Club, representing the DEBRA charity, on whose behalf he has raised over one million pounds so far. And counting.
I had the pleasure of interviewing Graeme in front of an audience of five hundred people, but we had to curtail the conversation on his charitable work because he became too emotional to speak about the organisation to which he has now dedicated his life.
We stuck to the football after that and I put it to the Edinburgh born and bred Graeme that he would surely be hoping Hearts won the Premiership title this season.
The reply I got was similar to the expression Souey would use when he was exercising managerial control and having me thrown out of Ibrox for whatever reason back in the day!
