FC Halifax Town are delighted to confirm the signing of midfielder Kieron Morris on loan from League Two side, Oldham Athletic until the end of the 25/26 campaign.
Beginning his career with Walsall, Morris made his senior debut for the club against Stoke City in 2013. During the 2012/13 campaign, the midfielder spent time out on loan at Worcester City in the Conference North. The following season, Morris joined Leamington on loan, where he made four appearances. In January 2015, Morris made the move to Wrexham on loan, where he made 13 appearances, scoring four including a brace in the FA Trophy semi-final 2nd leg, against Torquay United.
Having made over 150 appearances for Walsall, the midfielder joined Tranmere Rovers on loan in January 2019. This move then became permanent in the summer after Morris was released by Walsall. In his first full season with the club, Morris was named as Tranmere’s player of the season. After six seasons as a permanent Tranmere player, the midfielder had made over 130 appearances for the club in League One and Two. Leaving Tranmere in June 2025, Morris signed for newly promoted side Oldham Athletic, and has so far made seven league appearances.
He will wear squad number 28.
