Tickets for the 2,200-capacity London Palladium show are expected to be in high demand from fans desperate to see Young perform.
In her latest message, external, she wrote: “I don’t take for granted I am planning a small intimate show”, adding that some fans would be disappointed and unable to attend.
“I can’t accommodate tickets for everyone who bought them previously,” she wrote.
“I can only hope that in time when I’m able to play bigger shows that you’ll still be willing.”
Tickets will be limited to two per person when they go on sale next Wednesday.
Young won her first Grammy last weekend when she picked up Best Pop Performance – for her breakout single Messy.
Alongside Olivia Dean, she also dominates the nominations for the Brit Awards – with five each including Artist of the Year.
