Percival’s current contract expires at the end of 2026 but he will be looking to secure a new deal.
The long-serving Widnesian has missed the start of the year with a knee injury, with Harry Robertson and new recruit Nene Macdonald taking the centre berths.
But Rowley, speaking after Saints’ 98-2 win in Cumbria against Workington, said he is looking forward to working with all three of his top quality centres.
Rowley said: “For me it is simple – I am coming in and I have got at least three good centres this year and I am looking forward to working with Nene, Percy and Harry.
“That is as clear as it is for me and that is how it needs to be for Saints fans too, which is the most important.
When asked if Mark Percival could be moving on this year Rowley replied: “Absolutely not.”
Although Saints won the game comfortably and rattled in 17 tries against the Championship outfit, they lost skipper Matty Lees with a knee injury early on in the game.
Lees caught his knee in the tackle after a powerful surge to the line and gingerly limped off.
Saints will not want to be without their skipper for next Friday’s Super League opener at Warrington.
On Lees Rowley said: “We are cautiously optimistic. He has just got a bit of a bang to his knee when he got stuck in the tackle.
“Again, we’ll have little look at it tomorrow but hopefully he is ok.”
