Marcus Smith will aim to help England towards a winning start in their Six Nations opener against Wales at Twickenham on Saturday afternoon, with his partner set to support from the stands.
The home side will be seeking to build on their runner-up position in last year’s competition, when France edged them by a solitary point. The 26-year-old fly-half impressed during the 2025 Six Nations, finishing fifth in the scoring charts with 30 points while playing across two positions.
Smith will be hoping to replicate England’s most recent encounter with Wales from March 2025, when they demolished their rivals 68-14. He successfully converted all four attempts in that fixture.
The Harlequins star will receive support from a particularly important fan – his partner Beth Dolling. While it is unconfirmed when they actually met, the couple have been dating since 2019.

The 25-year-old model has featured in digital advertising campaigns for brands including Harvey Nichols and has even ventured into music. Most recently, Dolling posted some stunning photographs to her 40,000 social media followers during a date – though not alongside Smith.

Instead, the model visited Pirana – a London restaurant – with her friend, as the caption read: “Last night’s bestie date.”
In photographs, Dolling can be seen displaying her impressive figure in a floor-length brown bodycon dress. The backless outfit highlighted her toned physique, while her friend also wore a coordinating strapless brown dress as they took selfies together.
Snaps of sushi and assorted Asian food were also shared, as the duo enjoyed dining at an “exclusive” establishment specialising in Nikkei (Japanese Peruvian) cuisine. Martinis featured in the post showcasing Dolling’s exciting night as Smith readied himself for his Six Nations challenge.

The rugby player’s partner frequently shares photographs of Smith across her social media platforms. Dolling is regularly spotted celebrating her partner on the field, taking many photos of them embracing after matches.
In a November 2025 post depicting Smith celebrating after England’s 38-18 victory over Fiji, Dolling can be seen cuddling and posing for photographs with her partner. The caption read: “Love watching you do what you love,” accompanied by three love heart emojis.

Smith responded with his own love heart emoji beneath the post as comments poured in praising the rugby player. One said: “And he does it so well, as always.”
Another added: “Love at the boy! Played well today! We love King Marcus.” A third jokingly said: “Punching way above his weight,” alongside laughing face emojis.
Smith has been named amongst the replacements for Saturday’s clash.
