Across the street, Lisa Molloy and her husband Chris purchased Doris’s house in November 2025, as well as some of the furniture that was in the house when Gavin and Stacey themselves lived there.
She said: “We’re massive fans and we were fortunate enough to be able to buy the property and feel very privileged and honoured to own it.
“You still can’t believe the actors that have been in the property.”
Compared with Doris’s house, Lawrence says the house is in need of modernisation, but is a good investment opportunity for buyers.
Unfortunately, Uncle Bryn’s state-of-the-art gym equipment is not included.
