11-year-old Amelia Clarke and 12-year-old Samanta Petkevica are missing from their homes in Nacton.
Amelia was last seen at 3.20pm and Samanta was last seen at 4pm on Friday, February 13.
It is believed the girls are together.

They have previously been found walking around the Ravenswood area of Ipswich.
Amelia is described as a white female of a slim build with long blonde hair.
When she was last seen, she was wearing a black hoodie, yellow Winnie the Pooh pyjama bottoms, and black Nike Air Force trainers.
Samanta is described as a white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, with a small build, long blonde hair with silver/purple highlighted tips.

She also wears glasses.
When she was last seen, she was wearing a black hoodie, black flared leggings, and white Crocs.
Police are becoming increasingly concerned for Amelia and Samanta’s whereabouts, and are appealing for anyone who may have seen them to contact Suffolk Police on 101, quoting reference SC-13022026-384.
